I am using some excel formulas to build Google analytics URLs. However, I’d like a simpler tool to do it. What would be really nice is if the tool would save my campaign and medium settings so as I switch from one place to another one I make sure to use the same code.<div>Do you know of any tools like that or do you plan on building one?</div>

Amanda – we’re working on a mass URL builder tool now. It will not have the ability to save settings for a user though.<div>I am playing around with creating something that uses a standard set of rules for consistently. That might not be launched for a while. I do expect our URL builder tool to be launched sooner than later.</div>

Will I be able to track adcenter, facebook, linkedin, etc with this tool?

You can make any destination URL you want with the tool – so you can easily make ones for facebok, linkedin, etc. However, you need to configure your goals in analytics to make sure that the tracking works once they are on your site.

Makes sense. I have been using the new interface some. But I find it is really hard to get around in it. The data is there, it is just taking me a lot longer to get things done in it.<div>I’m assuming the new UI will not affect the tracking or links. Is that correct?</div>
