I think its really important for PPC-ers to realize that reaching out to your rep should be a common and streamlined process through-out campaign creation and management. Combining 10 &amp; 13, I find myself using them most when working on seasonal or promotional initiatives. I can both get their input on optimization tips as well as expedite approval so I get those tests up &amp; running.
