I can't see the videos

The most common reason you can't see the videos is that your browser does not support flash.

All of our videos are currently in flash.

If you need to install flash, please visit Adobe's flash site.

The second most common reason you can't see videos is that you have a script blocking plugin turned on. Plugins such as noscript or flashblock will generally block the videos. AdBlock has been known at times to block the videos (and other times it doesn't). Please turn off these plugins and the videos should work.

All the library pages are blank

Most of the library resources are PDFs. If your browser does not support PDF viewing (almost all of them do), then you might not be able to see the library contents.

If you need to install a PDF reader, we do suggest that you use Adobe Reader X. Adobe Reader X renders all PDF files in a sandboxed environment that should increase your browser's security when viewing any PDF files.

Chrome Users

If you are using Chrome, then you maybe encountering another error. Google incorporated their own PDF viewer into Chrome and for some reason it will not render PDFs on many sites, including ours.

If you wish to use Chrome; but do not want to use the native PDF viewer, take these steps to disable the viewer.

  • Type about:plugins into your browser and hit enter

  • Navigate to Chrome PDF Viewer and click disable

Now, navigate back to our library and the PDF files should now be rendering if you have a PDF viewer installed.

I'm having a hard time navigating the site

Odds are it is an Internet Explorer issue. IE does not adhere to strict coding guidelines. In fact, the site looks vastly different in ie7 on Vista and ie8 on Windows 7.

For security, usability, and frustration stopping issues - we recommend you use Firefox or Chrome as your browser.
