How do I access my account information?

You have two types of account information.

1. Your billing or main access control information. You can navigate to My Stuff > My Subscription and manage your access information.

This is the place to change your password, credit card info (if applicable), and email address.

2. You can have publicly available information on your profile. In the upper right hand corner, just below your picture is a link that goes to your profile. The link is http://certifiedknowledge.org/members/ .

From there you can add social media information, company information, etc.

Please note: You can update your password there as well, but it will currently cause an error with your login. Please update your password in your access information at How do I change my password?

Please navigate to My Stuff > My Subscription and click on the edit password link.

You can also change it on your profile; but this will currently cause an error leading to an infinite redirect loop. We're working on fixing this problem. If you change it at your subscription, it will be updated for all your profiles.

How do I upload an image?

If you would like to show an image with your profile, there are two ways of including an image.

1. We support gravatar. If you create a Gravatar Account and associate your login email with an image, we will try to automatically include the image.

2. You can navigate to your account (click on the link under your avatar in the upper right hand corner of the sidebar). Then click on 'profile' then 'change avatar' and upload your image.
